Policy & Market Infrastructure
Clear rules can establish how digital-asset markets operate. But rules alone do not make individual project claims independently verifiable.
WEB3MB Transparency Center is building private-sector trust infrastructure designed to help transform project disclosures, wallet claims, transparency commitments, and material changes into evidence-backed records that market participants can examine.
Our objective is not to replace regulators. It is to help make transparency more inspectable.
Digital-asset market structure is evolving toward greater clarity, accountability, and disclosure. But an important operational question remains: how can market participants independently examine whether material project claims remain supported by current evidence?
Traditional disclosure can become outdated. Wallet ownership can change. Liquidity can change. Smart contracts can change. Treasury activity can change. Governance can change. Material risks can emerge after an initial review.
WEB3MB is being designed around the principle that trust should not depend solely upon a disclosure made once. Where appropriate, important claims should remain capable of examination over time.
Where WEB3MB Fits
WEB3MB does not replace regulatory authority. WEB3MB is exploring how independent transparency infrastructure can complement a market operating under clearer rules.
From Disclosure to Continuing Trust
A disclosure describes a moment. A continuing trust record can help show what happened afterward.
WEB3MB Infrastructure
Public records of verification status, evidence context, assessment timing, and material changes.
Evidence-based verification of declared wallet control and wallet attribution without requesting private keys or seed phrases.
Structured records connecting claims to evidence, sources, authentication, timestamps, and institutional findings.
Explainable assessments derived from defined methodology rather than unexplained ratings.
A measure intended to show how much of the relevant evidence universe WEB3MB was actually able to examine.
A chronological record showing how project transparency and verification status change over time.
Evidence-based monitoring and escalation of material changes without automatically converting signals into accusations.
Processes allowing findings to be challenged, corrected, reassessed, and preserved transparently.
A historical accountability record showing material corrections made by WEB3MB itself.
From Static Disclosure to Verifiable Transparency
What a WEB3MB Trust Score Does — and Does Not Mean
The Evidence Standard
WEB3MB is being designed so that material verification conclusions can be traced back through an evidence lineage. The objective is simple: a conclusion should be defensible because the evidence behind it can be examined — not merely because WEB3MB says it is true.
Designed for Accountability
Verification reflects evidence at a particular time.
Material conditions can change after verification.
Projects should have appropriate opportunities to respond to material findings.
Institutional conclusions should be challengeable through evidence.
When WEB3MB is wrong, the record should be corrected.
Corrections should not require rewriting history.
WEB3MB should eventually submit itself to transparency principles comparable to those it asks others to follow.
Relationship to U.S. Digital-Asset Market Clarity
WEB3MB is following the continuing development of U.S. digital-asset market-structure policy, including congressional efforts commonly associated with the CLARITY Act.
WEB3MB is not affiliated with or endorsed by Congress, the White House, the SEC, the CFTC, or any other government entity.
Our interest is institutional rather than political: as policymakers work toward clearer rules for digital-asset markets, WEB3MB is exploring how independent private-sector verification infrastructure can help make project-level transparency more evidence-based, inspectable, and continuous.
