Future Research

Where the mission points next.

Consistent with the long-term vision (see Why WEB3MB), future research is expected to extend beyond crypto verification into digital trust research broadly — artificial intelligence governance, cybersecurity trust frameworks, and digital identity. No specific projects in these areas exist yet; this section states direction, not a project list.

How researchers can get involved.

WEB3MB does not currently have named Research Fellows or Academic Partners — no relationships are implied that don’t exist. If you’re a researcher interested in digital trust, verification methodology, or related work, reach out through Contact and describe your interest; participation criteria will be published here as the research program formalizes.

Research Standards

The same discipline as everything else.

Research published by WEB3MB follows the same principles as verification work: methodology disclosed, sources cited, limitations stated plainly, and corrections made publicly when needed.

Citation Policy & Academic Integrity

Every claim traces to a source.

A formal citation policy will be published alongside the first research release. In the meantime, the standing rule holds across the whole site: if a statement cannot be supported with evidence, it is not published.
